Having come out of the parking lot was turning around 10:00 p.m. after the end of the Lake Biwa fireworks display. When these days already came, it entered into the capital city from the national highway which comes out of a No. 367 line to Ohara without there being no traffic congestion and hardly going to an Otsu in the city. Although it was operated slowly for a while in this side in a capital city, it was able to return smoothly after that. |
