Shizuoka Prefecture is located in eastern Chubu District, and is located in the position facing the Pacific Ocean. Although it is a place famous for production of Shizuoka tea etc., since it is a long prefecture, there are the various special features horizontally. Izu Peninsula in Shizuoka Prefecture took a photograph this time. The waterfall called the Amagi peak known for Amagi-goe and Kawazu-Nanadaru which is said to have been able to do by volcanic activity once, a Jyoren-waterfall, etc. are located in Izu Peninsula. Moreover, the Kawazu cherry tree known as earliest cherry tree in the whole country with Okinawa in February is also in full bloom. The flowering period is known very much also for a long time, and the Kawazu cherry tree serves as best time to see from the beginning of February in various parts of Izu Peninsula till around the beginning of March.
