Niigata Prefecture is a prefecture facing the Sea of Japan side of Chubu District. The district in the Sea of Japan had many places where the setting sun is very beautiful, and photoed the setting sun passed by by chance at the time of twilight this time. Moreover, there is a precipitous cliff which the geographical feature to which the north Alps called Oyashirazu-Koshirazu falls directly in the Sea of Japan brings about here, and there is a place of having been an obstacle of traffic of Hokurikudou from ancient times. Fighting with the wave which rolls in to a precipitous cliff, when passing through this Hokurikudou, people of old Japan were desperate and passed through this Hokurikudou. Along with Hakone in Kanagawa Prefecture, it has just been going to be called Tenka-no-Ken (difficult part of traffic) here in Japan.
